Please give the studio a 24 hour notice if needing to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation charge equal to 25% of the scheduled service price. No show appointments will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.
